International orders are a flat rate of $15.00We ship through the USPS.
All orders are shipped with tracking. You can track your packages at www.usps.com
If you are not 100% happy with any item you can return it.
Items must be received back to us within 10 days of receipt and you must have notified us that you would be returning the item within 3 days of receiving the item.
Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to an additional fee of $10.00 for shipping and handling of items back to you, and you will receive no store credit/exchange.
EXCEPTIONS: All sales are final and returns will not be issued on SALE items, jewelry, belts and scarves.
Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
Refunds: All refunds will be made in a store credit or exchange may be made. You are liable for shipping the product back to us, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
When returning items please include your name and contact information in the package so we can be sure of who the return is coming from.
